  It's a long walk down a steep hill to get there, but the place itself is charming. The heating works well which is good because of the cold and damp off the river.

  The historical attraction of this boathouse is more than the slow service from the cafe as a first time customer. However, repeated slowness can lead to waning customers trust! We just love feeling and touching the old stuff. The view to the bridge.. sipping drinks while watching those rowing boats from the cafe is supposedly relaxing. But where are our drinks!

  Beautiful scenery, love the idea they have kept it antique and rustic, great menu on the Cafe, cakes and desserts but I believe there a big room for improvement on the lunch savoury menu. Boats and canoes are well maintained, so if you aren't a fussy eater you will love it.
